John practices all aspects of Neuroradiology including Functional MRI with the 3 Tesla Magnet at Henrico Doctors? Hospital and with the Intra-operative MRI. He remains active in most aspects of General Radiology.
John recently earned a Master of Arts in Theology from the School of Divinity at Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA. His thesis was entitled "The Judeo-Christian Influence on Western Medicine: The Rise and Decline of Cultural Christian Ethics in the Practice of Medicine." He is active in the Christian Medical and Dental Associations and the Physician Resource Council of the Virginia Family Foundation.

General Information
John and his wife, Suzanne, and daughter, Anna, live in Henrico County, VA. John grew up in Davenport IA. He practiced Internal Medicine in the US Air Force at Chanute AFB, IL from 1982 to 1986. He then moved to Richmond for Radiology training. After his residency and fellowship, he remained as faculty at MCV until 1995. He has been in private practice with Radiology Associates of Richmond since that time. John has been voted as one of the Top Radiologists in Richmond, VA, by Richmond Magazine since 1998.
